Summary

• add the schema.stream documentation site with generated API reference, examples, playground, SEO metadata, and raw Markdown/LLM routes
• render Mermaid diagrams inline with responsive light and dark themes
• replace public benchmark marketing with a factual Approach page and keep the benchmark harness contributor-only
• harden docs synchronization, release-plan checks, packed-package verification, and accessibility

Verification

• bun run check
• bun audit --production --audit-level=high
• desktop and 390px mobile browser QA for the homepage, Approach page, transport diagram, and legacy redirect
• 72 tests passed; 4 opt-in live model tests skipped
• packed Node/Bun, ESM/CommonJS, Zod 3/4/Mini consumer matrix passed
• Next.js production build generated 42 routes
