What does this change?
This adds a separate layout for hosted video, rather than using the hosted article layout for this content.
Why?
While this currently introduces some code duplication, we feel in the longer term that it's better to have a separate layout for videos despite their visual overlap with articles- it's clearer and gives us more room to differentiate the video layout if necessary.
Note that currently videos will not load- this is due to a lack of consent state, which will be addressed separately when we introduce the CMP to the new hosted pages.
