Description
Adds release-contract coverage for authoritative player permission snapshots across the Minestom and Velocity clients. The shared fixture mirrors the service-permissions 0.7.0 schema and verifies default roles, direct roles, mapped roles, direct permissions, inheritance, and provenance through the production gRPC decoding path.
