Docs: add CJK language limitation warning for Gemini 2.5 models
Adds two inline notices to codegen_instructions.md documenting the known issue where all Gemini 2.5 models fail to process CJK (Japanese, Chinese, Korean) text input, causing garbled responses and broken Search Grounding. Directs developers to use Gemini 3.x models as a workaround. References issue #2134.
