- Made Navbar bigger
- Changed intrusive 'Get Started' button into a grey 'Submit Resources' button (feels like a signup button..)
- Made logo bigger and brighter, centred it vertically
- Made text bigger
- Added disappear on scroll down/reappear on scroll up
- Added padding on page.js to fit with scrolling hiding
