This PR updates the npm release workflow to support GitHub OIDC-based publishing with npm provenance for this package’s release pipeline, aligning with the linked OIDC migration effort.

id-token: writepermission so GitHub Actions can request an OIDC token during publish. - Replaces token-based
npm publishauth in the workflow withnpm publish --provenance. - Keeps the existing release-triggered publish flow otherwise unchanged.
