This PR updates the documentation to reflect that the Gateway API reference is now served as part of the Fabric API reference, and removes the standalone generated Gateway API reference content.
Changes:
- Remove the generated Gateway API reference (
gateway-api.md.gen) from the docs tree. - Turn
gateway-api.mdinto a short redirect-style page pointing readers to the Fabric API reference. - Update the Fabric API reference wording and navigation label to indicate it includes Gateway API content.
