Bumps react-native devDependency in dev-packages/e2e-tests from 0.77.1 to 0.86.0 to align with the RN version used in the E2E test matrix.

react-native 0.77.1 → 0.86.0
react 18.3.1 → 19.2.3
@types/react ^18 → ^19
Fixed JSX.Element → React.JSX.Element in EndToEndTests.tsx (React 19 removed the global JSX namespace)
