Together with console this cap held app-runtime back, and app-runtime holds framework. Widened only after running the suite against it: 267 tests, 1008 assertions, green with plugin v0.11.1. v0.11.1 rather than v0.11.0 on purpose — v0.11.0 declared milpa/command ^0.6 while using a class that arrives in ^0.7.
