This commit fix https://github.com/g00fy-/angular-datepicker/issues/182
The continue, that is unsignificant there, causes the cycle to continue when target is undefined.
In some edge cases the id of the picker is setted progmatically (for exemple when you have more than one picker "picker-1", "picker-2", and so on). So the link function never define 'pickerUpdate', since may not see the 'id' field. Removing the check solves the problem

This commit gives the ability to the people to distinguish disabled
dates (invalid ones) from the dates in the next month.
This gives the ability, for example, to disable the clickability for
disabled dates by using css:
[date-picker] .disabled:active,
[date-picker] .disabled.active {
pointer-events: none !important;
}
The picker highlight the wrong day/month/year when you change month/year
