* fix(workflow): mint short-lived tokens for autonomous runs Ordinary direct schedule and workflow_dispatch runs now mint an owner-wide fro-bot App installation token; release narration, reusable callers, and non-autonomous triggers retain existing token routing. Add exact-profile and expiry validation plus workflow routing regression coverage. * build(action): regenerate deterministic dist Regenerated dist bundles from frozen lockfile so merge-ref builds match committed artifacts.
Skipped executions can reach cleanup before repo/runId are initialized. When either value is missing, object-store artifact/metadata sync now no-ops so optional uploads don't throw, while cache saving and prompt artifact upload still run.
