fix: license badge margin in shortcode CSS
Adjusted CSS styles for license badge to improve margin and layout
Ensures consistent appearance of license note across pages
i saw this after merging this PR
this fix makes sure that the default licence shortcodes to embedd in other pages are uniform in layout.
