@tarrinneal This picks up the Android fix. That same Pigeon failure has happened for four of five reruns though, so it's going to need investigation to figure out what's causing it to fail so much recently.

I don't think it's the simulator failing to launch, I think it's the Pigeon test app failing to launch on the simulator, but yes. The Simulator device failed to launch com.example.alternateLanguageTestPluginExample. [...] The request was denied by service delegate error.

That's the one I thought was a deterministic error when I was trying to bisect the earlier roll failures, because it happened so many times.
