There's a test in the PR, so I'm relatively happy that it works in the abstract. Whether we'll actually need it comes down to what collective decision we come to about how to express seealsos of various stripes in the docs

Looks like we never revisited the original motivating question (doing stuff with seealso). Still, if we revisit that, this will probably be useful.
