Trim newsletter input, open mailto on signup; update hero copy and add services section

Motivation

• Improve newsletter signup reliability by trimming input and avoiding empty submissions while forwarding leads via the default mail client.
• Surface FORMA's e-commerce services and drive traffic to the official Shopify storefront.
• Simplify footer contact information and update hero messaging to better reflect services and conversion goals.

Description

• Update newsletter form handler in assets/store.js to trim the email, ignore empty submissions, call saveNewsletter/trackEvent, open a mailto: link prefilled with the subscriber email, set a confirmation message, and reset the form.
• Replace the hero heading and copy in index.html with messaging that promotes both the shop and FORMA's e-commerce services.
• Change the hero secondary CTA from an internal modal trigger to an external link to the Shopify store.
• Add a new "Services FORMA" section describing Shopify setup, UX/performance, and integration/scale offerings.
• Remove the explicit commercial contact line containing the footer mailto: link.

Testing

• No automated tests were added or modified for this change.
• Local manual verification was performed to confirm the newsletter handler trims input, prevents empty submissions, opens the mailto: link with the expected subject/body, updates the status message, and that the new content renders in the page.
• Linting or CI test suite was not executed as part of this change.
