Add 'Planes' pricing section, nav link, and commercial contact in footer

Motivation

• Surface offered service plans and make them discoverable from the main navigation to communicate commercial offerings alongside the store content.
• Provide a direct commercial contact in the footer for inbound sales inquiries.

Description

• Added a new navigation link #planes to the main nav to link to the pricing section.
• Introduced a new section with id="planes" containing three service plan cards (Plan Base, Plan Growth, Plan Integración Pro) and descriptive copy.
• Inserted a commercial contact line with a mailto link (feispla@forma.com) into the footer.
• Changes are contained in index.html and include accessible attributes such as aria-label on the new section.

Testing

• Ran npm run lint to check formatting and static rules and it passed.
• Ran the site build with npm run build to verify the static output and it completed successfully.
• Performed HTML validation (via the configured linter) which reported no new errors.
