Note that `Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (World) (Rev A).md` is included in `Sonic & Knuckles + Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (World) (Rev A) (Lock-on Combination).md` rather than as a stand-alone title, but it is included here for completion. A *different* version of Sonic 2, seemingly unique to this collection is listed as `Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (World) (Rev A) (Sonic Mega Collection).md` To disambiguate, I used the `<machine name=""` field to reference which `.dat` file the entry is extracted from. File names follow No-Intro convention, and extracted files have been trimmed to match No-Intro known hashes.
