feat: enable JSX reference tracking

What is the purpose of this pull request?

Align Code Explorer’s scope analysis with ESLint v10 by enabling JSX reference tracking.

What changes did you make? (Give an overview)

Pass jsx: isJSX to eslintScope.analyze(...) alongside existing sourceType and ecmaVersion options.
