[Security][Attack Discovery][9.5 & Serverless] Document the attack details flyout Overview tab (Visualizations + Insights)

Summary

Documents the attack details flyout's Overview tab, which organizes each discovery into AI Summary, Visualizations (the expandable Attack Chain / MITRE ATT&CK diagram), and Insights (related entities and correlated alerts) sections. The flyout description lands in attack-discovery/index.md as a versioned (9.5+) subsection, and the Attacks view page gains a cross-link so the two pages stay consistent.

Fixes #7296.

Previews

• Attack Discovery – Adds a new, versioned View discovery details in the flyout section under "Information included in each discovery," describing the Overview tab structure (AI Summary → Visualizations/Attack Chain → Insights). Retains the existing version-agnostic three-item list.
• Manage discoveries from the Attacks view – Adds a cross-link that names the three Overview tab sections and points readers to the new flyout section.
