Adds an additional alerting email recipient so devstack provisioning workflow failures (and recovery notifications) are routed to the Orbi-BOM/JSM alerting channel in addition to the existing Opsgenie integration.
Changes:
- Updated failure notification email recipients to include the
@2u-internal.jsmalerts.atlassian.netaddress. - Updated “back to normal” notification email recipients to include the same JSM alerts address.
