Add a small golang.org/x/net/webdav server (internal/webdavdemo) that serves branded proof files read-only behind the NPM proxy for the wave-1 offer: Basic auth from gitignored config, /healthz, and a hard 403 on all write methods. Wire it via bin/webdav/serve-demo.go + deploy/webdav-demo .Dockerfile and etc/webdav/demo content. Add the demo-drive link to the oohtml wave-1 letter template (DemoURL/DemoLabel + missing-demo-link render check). TDD: 7 webdavdemo tests + 2 oohtml tests, all -race green.
