README for mksolpkg

'mksolpkg' is a tool written to aid with solaris packaging and has been in use on the Opssview project (http://www.opsview.com) for some years.

It is not perfect, is targetted for Opsview and suplimentary package builds and there are alternatives available (search in your site).

Further documentation and usage examples may be forth coming.

Patches may be accepted as long as they are fully backwards compatible.
