Context

DRY-974 preserves no-third suspension identity through the public Tonalis domain. This clean public-history change supersedes closed pre-public PR #1.

Change

  • Keep Sus, Sus2, and Sus4 Roman degrees uppercase in Python, TypeScript, and Rust.
  • Cover parse and absolute-chord conversion through the shared 433-case conformance suite.
  • Make the numeric fixture generator repeatable without dropping prior error cases.
  • Align all six package manifests and internal dependencies at 0.1.1.
  • Update the tag release workflow to publish the 0.1.1 dependency range.

Verification

  • Python: 498 passed.
  • TypeScript theory: 558 passed; typecheck and build clean.
  • TypeScript language: 294 passed; typecheck clean.
  • Rust theory: 59 passed.
  • Rust language: 22 passed.
  • Three-way differential fuzzer: 502 passed, zero divergences.
  • Python wheels/sdists, npm packs, and theory crate dry-run built successfully.
  • Release guard accepts v0.1.1 across all six manifests.

Solves: DRY-974

Keep all no-third suspended numerals uppercase across Python,
TypeScript, and Rust, then align the six public artifacts at 0.1.1.

Solves: DRY-974 public Tonalis release
Tests: Python/TS/Rust suites; conformance; 3-way fuzzer; package dry-runs
