Suppress IL2026 for the Newtonsoft.Json.JsonConvert.SerializeObject call in EventSourceLoggerTest, which reports that the API has RequiresUnreferencedCodeAttribute and can break functionality when trimming application code. Mark the ILCompiler CoreDisTools content item with ExcludeFromSingleFile="$(PublishSingleFile)" to fix NETSDK1236 from ILCompiler_inbuild.csproj where single-file bundle generation excluded coredistools.dll even though it was expected to be included.
