Note: The problem this is fixing is that issues originating from another repo that the agent was assigned to would end up with the issue closed. For breaking changes issues they should not be closed by the docs PR. Also see related PR #37534 which addresses the cross repo "Fixes" vs "Contributes to" reference in the general copilot instructions |
