Adds the Varlock Zed extension to the published package/editor tooling listings: a root README row, a new website docs page, and the @env-spec docs sidebar entry. This is intentionally opened as a draft because the Zed extension has been submitted to the Zed extension registry and should wait for that review to be approved before being marked ready to merge. Validation: docs-only change; no local dependency install or website build was run in this fresh checkout.
