Add Mailtrap to the EMAIL_TRANSPORT options and a reference section for its environment variables (EMAIL_MAILTRAP_TOKEN, EMAIL_MAILTRAP_SANDBOX, EMAIL_MAILTRAP_INBOX_ID, EMAIL_MAILTRAP_BULK).
