Used in OperateShrineCostOfWisdom. Helps prevent incorrect mutations of Player mana variables.

Includes a bool argument shiftCurrent.

  • If true, it moves the current mana variables proportionally. This is the existing default behavior for ShrineCostOfWisdom.
  • If false, it keeps the current mana variables the same.
