docs: refresh roadmap to current state (0.4.2 shipped)#68

The roadmap still framed "0.1.0 — first public release" as "the current focus" while 0.1.0 shipped on 2026-06-01 and the project is now at 0.4.2. - replace the stale "0.1.0 / current focus" section with "Where it is today": published on Maven Central (0.4.2) + docs site + admin console, with the shipped milestones (config sync 0.4.0, Flyway/ProblemDetail 0.3.0, OpenAPI 0.2.0) - rename "After 0.1.0 (candidates)" -> "Candidates (not committed)" - keep the versioning policy section as-is EN + KO. Verification: mkdocs build --strict clean.
