Updated Devcontainer

• Updated Dev Container to work inside local VSCode
  • Using Microsoft's cpp:ubuntu-22.04 C++ Dev Container
• Added bin/nukeit to cleanup built files
• Updated bin/doit to use Ninja instead of Make.
• Added CPM.make
  • Added update-cpm to update to the latest version of CPM.make.
• Added gtestsha Python script to get the SHA hash for GTest
