2. Added ul.cfg manager/editor that helps with integrity check, file renaming and removing.
   • Name could be changed by double-click on cell within column 'Name'
   • CD/DVD could be changed in similar way (no idea why it's needed, but still)
   • Click 'Remove' to remove record from ul.cfg as well as associated chunk-files if they exist.
   • 'Save changes' applies changes and reloads saved ul.cfg file.
3. Fixed issue with incorrectly calculated (formally 'displayed') OPL CRC32 value. Anyway, it's important and could lead to incorrectly signed chunk files.
