DOC-5730 remove tabs and collapsibles from manually written content

This PR doesn't modify the autogenerated content.

I rearranged some content to account for the removals. In some cases, I edited some wording slightly for clarity.

• cqlsh.adoc
• install.adoc: Moved Homebrew under macOS and Linux (I am assuming it's not available for Windows?)
• manage-cli.adoc: Mostly just straightforward collapsible removal. Notable sections: Help and Output Format.
• uninstall.adoc
• upgrade-pre-1.0.adoc
• upgrade.adoc - combined macOS, Linux, and Windows because the commands were the same except for Windows being run in a PowerShell terminal.

Edited in-progress for consistency, even though these aren't published. You can just ignore those changes.
