A list of projects known to be using DataObjects

  • DataMapper - next generation ORM for Ruby.

  • Sequel - a lightweight ORM and database toolkit.

  • ActiveRecord integrations:

    • ActiveRecord DO Adapter - proof of concept AR adapter for DataObjects, currently supporting MySQL (see README).
    • Rails Arel (A Relational Algebra): Planned use of DO.
    • CommonThread Framework - Message Oriented Middleware for Ruby, a rails-like framework for building message processing systems, Gem not yet released
