…er-package PyPI environments Rename the four opentelemetry-* package directories to dash0-opentelemetry-* so directory names match the published PyPI package names. Update all path references in ruff.toml, README.rst, and examples/dash0-distro-flask/docker-compose.yml. Split the publish-pypi workflow job into a matrix (one entry per package), each using a dedicated pypi-<package-name> GitHub environment. PyPI pending publishers require a unique repo+workflow+environment combination per project, so a single shared environment cannot bootstrap all five packages.
