Add a new preference option under miscellaneous -> interface to control window titlebar display on Wayland: - always: show titlebar using GTK HeaderBar (client-side decorations, default) - never: hide titlebar completely (no window decorations) - hide_when_maximized: use server-side decorations, hide titlebar when window is maximized (for GNOME Unite extension compatibility) The option is only visible when running on Wayland. Also adds 'wayland' capability for conditional preferences.
