Local set up of the vmreact repository

Setting up the VMREACT package

#general repository download and setup

1. Under the main master repository click the green button "clone or download".
2. Click Download Zip-- this will likely save in your downloads folder.
3. Move the downloaded repository to your desktop and unzip the package.

VMREACT folder

1. open up a terminal window and type the following:

cd ${HOME}/Desktop/vmreact
ls

2. the ouput you get when you list what is in the directory, has the following folders and files:
