Clemens Schotte

Founder of NavaTron, principal engineer, and architect.

I build AI-native products, shared platform foundations, and practical developer tooling.

Most of the day-to-day product work stays in private repositories until it is ready to be shared. The public side of this profile is the cleaner edge of that work: tooling, samples, experiments, writing, and a few older projects still worth keeping alive.

Current focus

  • Building NavaTron's product and platform foundations
  • Designing SaaS systems with clear tenant boundaries and operational discipline
  • Applying AI where it improves real workflows, not just demos
