Resolves the signed-in CLI user in ManifestMiddleware and attaches their username (when not anonymous) to the manifest under extra.expoGo.username. Expo Go uses this to verify that the CLI user matches the signed-in Expo Go user before opening a project. - packages/@expo/cli: call getUserAsync/getActorDisplayName and thread the username into getExpoGoConfig. - packages/@expo/config: add optional username field to ExpoGoConfig. Ported from @go/sdk-55 (a495ef9) — CLI/config portion only; the iOS Expo Go reader side is not yet on sdk-55.

Matches the root expo monorepo's minimumReleaseAge to reduce exposure to freshly published malicious versions. Excludes @expo/* so internal package publishes don't block installs.
Squashed from PR #45617: - [go] disable hbc - disable ccache - spotlessApply - allow u.expo.dev for updates - add eas update --no-bytecode
Fixes 'Cannot find module @expo/spawn-async' on EAS Build — after the pnpm migration, tools/node_modules is no longer hoisted to root, so the pre-install hook needs to install it before invoking et.
