* Replace dorny/test-reporter with inline junit parser Fixes two issues: - No longer fails with 'No test report files found' when tests crash - Works on fork PRs (no checks:write permission needed) * Include JUnit <error> cases in failed test listing * Show full test list with timings, failures on top * Rewrite test report step as pure Python, no grep dependency * Print test report to step log and summary * Handle malformed junit.xml from interrupted test runs * Detect and report skipped tests separately * Add table formatting with emoji to step summary, collapsible full list * Derive test counts from parsed testcases instead of root attributes * Escape pipe characters in test names/messages for markdown tables * Move failures to end of step log for auto-scroll visibility * test(ci): add intentional reporter failures * test(ci): remove intentional reporter failures
