Rebased from #10 by @fu5ha. The
openai-codexprovider is used when signing in with the OpenAI subscription flow, and apply_patch was not being added for that provider. Adds it to GPT_APPLY_PATCH_PROVIDERS and locks the behavior with a test case.Original PR #10 was conflicting after the writeFileAtomic refactor; resolved by keeping the extracted module and applying just the provider set change.
Closes #10.
