Enables Student Snapshot for all users.
There was no DCDO flag already in place so I just removed the experiments instead. We have had this in pilot with AIF users for a while and there will be a beta tag in place, so I think releasing it all into the wild makes sense. Open to feedback on this though - happy to add a DCDO flag to be able to toggle on and off more easily.
This feature is highlighted in onboarding pretty heavily and we expect to work more on Student Snapshot to make more features more consistent across courses with a focus on newer courses (AID, AIF, etc).
