Creates the subprojects/batch/ directory under tags/tag-workloads-foundation with README, charter, landscape page, and supporting assets. Updates tags.yaml with revised mission statement, corrected GitHub handles, and cleaned-up deliverables. Replaces k8s shorthand with Kubernetes throughout. Restructures the batch subproject entry in tags.yaml so all metadata (leadership, meetings, contact, landscape) lives in tag_subprojects rather than being hand-edited in the README. Extends readme_app.go and adds tag_subproject_readme.tmpl to auto-generate subproject READMEs from tags.yaml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
