Adds Google Analytics 4 to docs.tuxcare.com. The gtag.js loader is injected at runtime (mirroring the existing GTM bootstrap) rather than being a static <script src>, so it is not picked up by SRI scanners (unsafe_sri_v2, GSR-9996) — SRI cannot be applied to gtag.js anyway since Google rotates it without versioning. GA4 standard is free, so this adds no cost. Measurement ID is a placeholder (G-XXXXXXXXXX) and must be replaced with the real docs.tuxcare.com GA4 Measurement ID before merge.
