Announces the Unified Checkout migration of the Billing Profile, the new wallet methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Instant Bank Payments via Link), 3D Secure on cards, and the Backup → Additional payment method rename. Docs PR: cloudflare#30815
Reframe the changelog around the redesigned Billing Profile: modern UI, payment method management, and enhanced subscriptions view under a single Subscriptions tab. Retain the new payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Instant Bank Payments via Link, 3D Secure) and call out their availability in payment management and Pay overdue balances flows. Add a Billing Home screenshot in the same position as the IBP changelog.
