Implements MG-06 — Network Architecture Diagram (Purdue Model) for sis02_energy.

Changes:

• New SVG network architecture minigame with 6 Purdue levels
• 25 nodes with click-to-highlight attack paths
• 5 attack paths covering EN-001, EN-002, EN-011 claims
• CSS marching-ant animation on active attack paths
• Trent Water shared infrastructure sidebar
• Sets network_architecture_reviewed=true on first open
• network_architecture_diagram object added to scada_control_room
