cf-reactor now schedules the update_health_failures CLI task on its own 1-minute timer. The policy bundle is no longer needed. Ticket: ENT-7923 Changelog: Moved update_health_failures CLI task from policy to cf-reactor Signed-off-by: Lars Erik Wik <lars.erik.wik@northern.tech>
