Hey! Been using this project for a while and really appreciate the work that goes into it.
I'm kinda against any kind of telemetry/analytics in client mods, and honestly Im not sure why this Plausible phone-home to plausible.wurstclient.net is still in here; it sends mod versions, MC version, language, game type, and OS info on every startup and world join. Ive been manually stripping it out on every update and its getting old lol
This PR removes the entire analytics package (PlausibleAnalytics + AnalyticsConfigFile), all references in WurstClient and WurstOptionsScreen, and the "Count Users" toggle. The NoTelemetry stuff that blocks Mojang's own telemetry is untouched;
Also ran spotlessApply and did basic checks so the build should be clean.
