- Add VS Code extensions: Prettier, ode Spell Checker, LLDB
- Dockerfile: add wasm-tools, uv, proxy env vars, C/C++ dev tools (bear, ccache, clang-tidy, shellcheck), clang-format-12
- finalize.sh: add strict error mode (errexit, pipefail, nounset)
