Remove Smithery references, point to hosted MCP#156

Conversation
Remove @smithery/cli devDependency, smithery script, smithery.yaml config, and Smithery badge/image from README. Update SHTTP setup instructions to point to the hosted MCP server at https://mcp.browserbase.com/mcp and link to https://docs.browserbase.com/integrations/mcp/introduction. Clean up Smithery comments in source code, eslint config, and gitignore. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
