Decent documentation

Extended the documentation + minor changes:

• removed stuff from the main namespace that shouldn't be there (bled112 API payload structs, internal part of the Myo API)
• Add the missing scaling constants for the IMU data
• Moved some stuff around

First release

This is a first release of the library, it should be stable enough to use.
